How to retrieve a list of your followers and follows from Instagram

Using the instagram.com website:

1) First log into your Instagram account using the regular browser on your computer and then go to this URL:

2) Click “Create export” and then “Export to device”

3) Under “Customize information” select only “Followers and following”, then tap “Save”

4) Under “Date range” select “All time”, then tap “Save”

5) Tap “Start export”. You will receive an email when it is ready to download.

6) You can send the zipped file directly to us, our system will extract your followers automatically.

Using the Instagram app:

1)Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.

2) Tap (“more options”) in the top right.

3) Go to “Accounts Center”

4) Go to “Your information and permissions”

5) Go to “Export your information”

6) Tap “Create export” and then “Export to device”

7) Under “Customize information” select only “Followers and following”, then tap “Save”

8) Under “Date range” select “All time”, then tap “Save”

9) Tap “Start export”. You will receive an email when it is ready to download.

10) You can send the zipped file directly to us, our system will extract your followers automatically.
