How to retrieve a list of your followers and follows from Instagram

Using the instagram.com website:

1) First log into your Instagram account using the regular browser on your computer and then go to this URL:

https://accountscenter.instagram.com/info_and_permissions/dyi/

2) Click “Download or transfer information”

3) Click “Some of your information”

4) Select “Followers and following” and click “Next”

5) Select “Download to device” and click “Next”

6) You can optionally change the data range of your followers (for example, just the past year, or all time)

7) Click “Create files”. You will receive an email when it is ready to download.

Using the Instagram app:

1)Tap  or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.

2) Tap  in the top right.

3) Go to “Your activity”

4) Go to “Download your information” and tap “Download or transfer information”

5) Tap “Some of your information”

6) Select “Followers and following” and tap “Next”

7) Select “Download to device” and tap “Next”

8) You can optionally change the data range of your followers (for example, just the past year, or all time)

9) Tap “Create files”. You will receive an email when it is ready to download.
